Rodecon Engineering supplies a diverse range of high-quality lubricants, gear oils, and hydraulic oils to meet the specific needs of various engines and machinery. Each product is carefully formulated to ensure optimal performance and protection:

Brake Fluid

Description: DOT 3 is a glycol-based brake fluid that is widely used in older vehicles and standard vehicles that do not require high-performance braking. It has a lower boiling point compared to DOT 4 and DOT 5.1, making it suitable for everyday driving conditions.

Boiling Point:

    • Dry: Minimum 205°C
    • Wet: Minimum 140°C

Application: Ideal for light passenger cars, motorcycles, and older vehicles where the braking system is not subjected to excessive heat.

Description: DOT 4 is also glycol-based but has a higher boiling point than DOT 3, making it suitable for vehicles that experience higher braking temperatures. It is commonly used in modern cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Boiling Point:

    • Dry: Minimum 230°C
    • Wet: Minimum 155°C

Application: Recommended for modern vehicles, including performance cars and vehicles with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) or ESP (Electronic Stability Program) systems.

Description: DOT 5.1 is a glycol-based brake fluid with a very high boiling point, suitable for high-performance vehicles and vehicles subjected to extreme braking conditions. Unlike DOT 5, it is compatible with DOT 3 and DOT 4 fluids.

Boiling Point:

    • Dry: Minimum 260°C
    • Wet: Minimum 180°C

Application: Ideal for high-performance vehicles, heavy-duty vehicles, and vehicles used in racing or high-stress environments.

Description: DOT 5 is a silicone-based brake fluid, which is not hygroscopic (does not absorb water) and has a higher boiling point. However, it is not compatible with glycol-based fluids (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1) and is typically used in specific applications where moisture absorption is a concern.

Boiling Point:

    • Dry: Minimum 260°C
    • Wet: Minimum 180°C

Application: Commonly used in military and collector vehicles, as well as in certain high-performance applications where the brake system is designed for DOT 5 fluid.

Description: DOT 4 LV is a special formulation of DOT 4 with lower viscosity, making it suitable for modern vehicles equipped with advanced braking systems like ABS, ESP, and other electronic stability systems that require quick fluid flow.

Boiling Point:

    • Dry: Minimum 230°C
    • Wet: Minimum 155°C

Application: Recommended for use in modern cars with advanced electronic braking systems, ensuring optimal performance in cold temperatures.

Hydraulic Oils

A synthetic gear oil that offers excellent protection and performance in both high and low temperatures. It is commonly used in manual transmissions and differentials, providing smooth gear operation and extended component life.

A medium-viscosity hydraulic oil suitable for general-purpose hydraulic systems. It offers excellent wear protection and is widely used in construction, manufacturing, and agricultural equipment.

A higher-viscosity hydraulic oil designed for heavy-duty applications where higher operating temperatures and pressures are present. It is commonly used in heavy machinery, such as excavators and loaders.

Gear Oils

75W85 gear oil is a multi-grade lubricant designed for manual transmissions and differentials. It offers excellent performance in a wide range of temperatures, providing good protection and smooth operation in both cold and hot conditions. This gear oil is known for its ability to reduce wear and tear on gears, minimize friction, and ensure smooth shifting even in extreme temperatures.

A mineral-based gear oil known for its durability and protection in high-load conditions. It is ideal for use in heavy-duty differentials, gearboxes, and other automotive or industrial applications.

A thicker gear oil designed for extreme pressure conditions, offering superior protection in heavy-duty applications, including trucks and construction equipment.

Engine Oils

A high-viscosity oil designed for older engines or those operating in extremely hot conditions. It provides excellent protection under high loads and temperatures, making it suitable for heavy-duty and performance vehicles.

A versatile, thick oil often used in older engines or those that run hotter. It offers robust protection and is ideal for engines that may experience high temperatures or are prone to oil consumption.

 A popular multi-grade oil commonly used in diesel engines, offering good protection in both cold and hot temperatures. It’s a standard choice for heavy-duty vehicles and machinery.

 A widely used oil providing good cold-start performance while maintaining viscosity in warmer temperatures. It’s suitable for a range of vehicles, including light trucks and passenger cars.

 A thinner oil at higher temperatures compared to 10W40, offering better fuel efficiency while still providing adequate protection. It’s often used in newer cars or engines that don’t require very thick oil.

Full Synthetic Engine Oils

 A synthetic oil that performs well in both extreme cold and high temperatures, providing excellent engine protection. It’s suitable for modern, high-performance engines and turbocharged vehicles.

 A commonly recommended oil for many modern engines, offering good fuel efficiency and protection across a broad temperature range. It’s ideal for newer cars and trucks.

A fully synthetic oil that flows well in extremely cold conditions while maintaining viscosity in high heat. It provides excellent engine protection and is often used in high-performance and luxury vehicles.

A synthetic oil designed for cold climates, offering quick engine start-up and protection at low temperatures while maintaining performance in normal operating conditions. It’s often used in modern, fuel-efficient engines.

0W20 is a fully synthetic, low-viscosity engine oil designed for modern vehicles that prioritize fuel efficiency and low emissions. It offers exceptional performance in a wide range of temperatures, particularly in cold starts, where it flows easily to lubricate engine components quickly. Despite its thin viscosity, 0W20 provides robust protection against wear and ensures engine cleanliness, making it a popular choice for vehicles with tight engine tolerances, such as those equipped with turbochargers and hybrid powertrains.

A newer, ultra-low viscosity oil designed for the latest fuel-efficient and hybrid engines. It provides excellent cold-start performance and maximizes fuel economy.
